Privacy & your client workspace

Information we use Google and Supabase authenticate your account. The website receives your verified email, account identifier and available display name, never your Google password. Your profile, optional contact details, service requests and messages are stored in the website database.

Who can access it You can view your own requests and messages. The authorised practice administrator can manage client requests and publish website content. Supabase provides authentication; Cloudflare infrastructure hosts the website and application data. These services may process operational logs to run and protect the service.

Cookies and sharing Essential cookies maintain your signed-in session. No advertising trackers have been added to the application. This workspace does not provide document uploads. Agree on a separate secure channel before sharing tax documents, identity numbers or bank information. Do not post passwords or OTPs in messages.

Your information You can update your contact profile in the workspace. To request access, correction or deletion of account information, email the practice from your registered address. Signing out does not delete saved requests or messages. The practice will confirm how your request is handled and whether any engagement records need to be retained.

The read-only preview pages use fictional records and are separate from signed-in accounts.
